IMI team is creating a coherent and tangible plan for the school to provide professional interpreting and document translation services that help both interpreters and service providers at all levels overcome the language and culture barriers that may affect the quality of service. The main goal is not only bridging the language, and culture gap, it also targets avoiding culturally inappropriate behaviors of patients, family members, and professionals resulting in any poor quality of service
